and what can it do for your smile?

Composite bonding is most suitable if you:

  • have a small gap between a couple of teeth;
  • chipped a tooth;
  • need to whiten your sensitive teeth;
  • want a complete smile makeover.

      The endless possibilities with composite bonding
      Closing gaps
      with composite bonding

      Although most dentists prefer to use orthodontics (brace treatments) to close the gaps between the teeth of their patients, composite bonding can also be an option in some cases.

      When is composite bonding suitable for closing gaps?

      If you have one or two rather minor gaps between your teeth, then composite bonding will be a suitable solution. Please note, that gaps larger than 1mm become difficult and in some cases practically impossible for treatment with dental bonding.

      To receive a quite for closing a gap with composite bonding, we need to see you for a consultation. During the initial appointment, our specialist will fully assess your case and identify what can be achieved based on your requirements.

      Whitening teeth
      with composite bonding

      Having a sparkling white smile is a dream for many of us, and a challenge for those whose tooth sensitivity doesn’t allow them to use traditional teeth whitening methods. Luckily, composite bonding can help.

      Applied on a thin layer over your natural teeth, dental composite resin can make your smile appear whiter without bleaching your teeth. Just as with regular teeth whitening methods, the procedure will need to be repeated every so often to retain the effect.

      Teeth re-shaping
      via dental bonding

      For some mild cases, all a smile may need is some mild re-shaping of the teeth to achieve perfection. The procedure could be a combination of teeth shaping (gentle, cosmetic filing of the teeth to improve their appearance) plus composite bonding for superb final results.

      Our specialist can provide you with an exact quote for your teeth re-shaping after an initial consultation*.

      The consultation is complimentary for those patients who decide to proceed with the proposed treatment. The cost of the consultation is charged during the initial appointment and deducted from the final payment.

      Tooth size correction
      via composite bonding

      If you’re unhappy with a tooth or two appearing smaller than they should, then composite bonding could be an easy way to balance the look of your smile.

      Using dental composite, our specialist can build-up the tooth to make it appear equivalent in size and your entire smile well-balanced.

      Smile makeover
      using compostite bonding

      Most smile makeovers are completed with either braces or veneers, typically requiring a lot of time and costing a significant amount.

      Composite bonding can be used as an alternative to both those treatments and utilised for a complete, gorgeous looking smile makeover. If you’re interested in this option, book a consultation with our specialist to receive an exact quote and to preview your potential final results.
