Why you'd love Damon Metal

Less friction means less discomfort! The clip of each bracket holds the wire securely while it allows freer movement and thus, less pressure is caused.

More movement means faster treatment! With the wire being allowed more “freedom” inside the bracket, your teeth will move faster and need fewer adjustments.

No elastics is less time in the dental chair. Unlike traditional metal braces, Damon Metal doesn’t require elastic bands around which bracket which means quicker appointments.

No elastics = no staining. With traditional brace systems, elastics often get stained by the food and drink we consume. With Damon Metal, however, no elastics are required.

Brushing your teeth is a breeze. Damon’s advanced system allows complex cases to be treated without too much metal in your mouth, which makes brushing so much easier!

This is a brace you can count on! With hundreds of thousands of transformed smiles, Damon Metal can be trusted to produce a predictable and reliable smile makeover.

Why are Damon Metal braces better?

Unlike traditional metal or ceramic braces, Damon Metal come with a slide mechanism holding the wire. Each bracket opens and closes like a mini clip around it, allowing the wire to move more freely while your teeth are adjusting to the desired position.

This freer movement, created by the structure of the bracket, cater for less pressure on your teeth during treatment, a minimal chance of an attachment debonding or falling off, and most importantly – fewer adjustments of the wire and less time in the dental chair.

And as a bonus, Damon Metal’s brackets are smaller in size than most traditional braces, taking up less of the tooth’s surface and reducing the staining risk.

Who are Damon Metal braces suitable for?

Damon Metal is a truly versatile brace system, suitable for absolutely anyone, old and young, who’s looking to gain a beautiful, healthy smile. The bracket’s advanced design and the system’s reliability has made Damon Metal preferred by orthodontists for moderate to complex cases.

These incredible braces will be suitable for you if you’d like to correct any of the following conditions:

  • Gapped teeth
  • Overcrowding
  • Open bite
  • Overbite
  • Underbite (Deep bite)
  • Overjet (Protruding teeth)
